Biography

Julianne Mahler is from Minnesota and earned her BA in political science at Macalester College in St. Paul. She received her MA and PhD in political science at SUNY at Buffalo. She has been at George Mason University since 1981. She has conducted research in numerous federal bureaus including the Agency for International Development and has served as an organizational consultant for several agencies including the Customs Service.
